not really a beginner workout |
Linda |
| She's easy at first and then gets into routines that are difficult for a beginner to follow. She doesn't show how to do the routines first. |

| Lisa moves from teaching one step to another too quickly. She moves on to another step before you really get each one in. There is a section at the end where she goes through the steps in slow motion but she only repeats it twice so you still don't get enough time to catch on especially if you are not really a dancer. The good thing is that it is fun but not getting the steps in means that you do alot of your own thing. More repetition of the steps is needed. |

| A good workout but you need to do it a few times to get the hang of the steps. At the end of the video is a break down of the steps, I'd recommend you go through this first. |
Good for fast-learners; Lisa's hard to keep up with! |

| Overall this is a great workout, but the choreography is a little hard to pick up (she goes through it very quickly). The first run-through I got a great workout, as I had to keep rewinding the video in order to learn the steps, which made it last twice as long. Once you get the steps down though, it's a nice 20-minute cardio routine. I just think the title of the movie is somewhat misgiving-I wouldn't call it "Dance Made Simple". |
