Ignore the monotone delivery and focus on the instruction. There is some good stuff there.
Good enough for me bmw325x
As a 30+ Beginner, I'm new to the world of Motocross. So, any thing I can get my hands on to learn more about the sport, the better of I am. I've been doing nothing but jumping and practicing whoops and this video really gave me a solid understanding of the right way to jump and ride though whoops. Good job. I'm going to watch all of Gary's mx video's. Thanks. They work.
It really breaks it down into the key elements.. Gary
I've been off road for many years and really enjoy any opportunity to get the bike off the ground but with often inconsistent results. This video broke it down into the key elements that you need to be able to manage to get the distance, height, control and consistency. Can't wait to get back on a jump and start drilling these steps into my technique.
Great video Shawn
I think this is one of the better videos in the series. The explanation of the techniques if very clear and the video examples show the techniques well. After applying the techniques I became much faster in the whoops and more confident on jumps.
So so. Didrik
Not graphic enough. Gives you an idea of the tecniques but not the run down on causes and effects.

It's as bad as I've seen. They totally miss some of the most important parts of jumping. There is no details to any of it just generally how it is suppose to be done. I consider it a waste of good money.
