| It's very interesting to see the interviews with the 3 top world-class riders showing their setup and actually explaining it. The conclusions that the two instructors draw from this are also insightful. Many of the proposed drills are actually very easy to implement, e.g. "Get yourselves a training partner". If you are scared going full-speed downwind, start doing this for very brief intervals and then extend the duration of these intervals. The british humour gives the film an individual note. |
