Teaching the biomechanics of tennis is so very important. So, hurray for the effort. However, the content is mediocre. One person is corrected for "scissor" footwork, then a few minutes later that same footwork is demonstrated as appropriate. Also, the closed stance, because it adds the immense power and balance ot stepping into the ball is not covered enough. Furthermore, the wrist movement empasized should be identified as the movement for putting "top spin" on the ball.

For intermediate players, this provides a terriic explanation of what works, why, and what doesn't.
