The actual cornering content was good. Too much fluff / cross marketing his other videos, not enough actual training content.

I did not learn much from this video.

I did not learn much from this video. I learned much more from the Gary Semics #1 and #2 video. The first two were more general, but I learned more about cornering in those videos than I did in this one.
