Mike Malaska has spent over 35-years playing and teaching the game of golf at its highest level. From College Hall of Fame and "All American" to competing in the US Opens and PGA Tour events, Mike has been instructing both in Japan and throughout the US. As a lead instructor with the Nicklaus-Flick Golf Schools, and now as Director of Instruction at Superstition Mountain Golf Club, Mike has been recognized as one of GOLF Magazine's Top 100 Teachers and Golf Digest's Top 50 Instructors. Through the years Mike has gained a unique perspective on what makes everyone's golf swing different. "You Are Your Own Swing" is the culmination of Mike's personal experience in breaking down the physical nature of the game of golf, and building it back up through understanding how the body works (or doesn't work) as it relates to the golf swing.

Every player, from beginner to professional, needs to understand what their own body is capable of doing, and then decide if they want to make positive changes to their swing by improving their flexibility, strength and cardiovascular conditioning, and overall coordination.
