Golf Fluid is not a cartoon nor a music video. It is a serious sports memory trainer developed after years of research. It is the combined work of sports physiologists, psychologists, physicians, chiropractors, professional golf instructors, coaches, and PGA professionals.

If used properly, this trainer will enhance your golf swing muscle memory and bring that perfect swing back to the surface again and again.

Here are some basic instructions to keep in mind for the training program:

Immediately watch at least 10 minutes of the video trainer a day. For 10 days straight. That's about 3 to 4 different swing clips per day for 10 days in a row.

Ideally, watch the clips at the same time you would normally golf, for example if you golf in the morning, watch it in the morning.

We recommend watching the video while alone, preferably with headphones in a dark room.

During the initial 10 day training period DO NOT play or practice your swing. This is very important.

After the 10 day training period go directly to the golf range to hit at least one bucket of balls.

DO NOT THINK ABOUT ANYTHING RELATED TO SWING MECHANICS WHILE YOU SWING THE CLUB. Think of something totally unrelated to golf. Like Pizza or your first friend or a victorious event. This will get your head out of your swing. The brain must be divorced while swinging. Subconsciously the Golf Fluid Swing Memory Trainer will come up and show itself in your swing. Just let go and trust. DO NOT THINK.

If after this practice session, your swing has not improved, go back and watch the video for 2 more days, 10 minutes a day, and go to the range again. If you still have not improved your swing, try tennis or baseball, golf may not be for you.

I was fighting a duck hook off the tee all summer. I can't believe how good I'm hitting from the tee now after just 2 weeks watching this! Give it a try...it can't hurt... but could save your game as it did mine!
