This was perfect for me. The host works with the golf pro on everything, from the grip to the chip. I got some great training ideas from this well-rounded training video. I'd definitely recommend it to beginners.

First, get the "Golf For Dummies" dvd (and book), then check this out! When you get a little better, get the ledbetter stuff. I'm a new golfer, and I started with Ledbetter videos (used ones for $1.99 each at the local punk rock used record store) those seemed VERY informative...but they were tips for people who were BAD, not for people who were new to the game.
