The PowerYoga Segment -- Based on Hatha Yoga, this is a non-stop flow that feels cardiovascular. Balance is also a large focus as is your inner strength (both physical and mental). A prior knowledge of Hatha Yoga, Bikram, or Ashtanga is a bonus.

A good mat workout but where's the yoga?

It was really just a standard pilates mat workout in a nice location but I didn't notice any yoga being integrated.
