And I know how to dance! I got very little workout while I tried to figure out what was being done. The camera angles did not help following the workout, either. Would give it a zero if I could!

D really knows how to teach. She takes her time in teaching you each step and repeats it enough times so you really get the step in and start to sweat and get into the groove adding you own style while doing it. She chose a nice slow beat as well so you don't feel rushed and get lost in the steps. Two thumbs up. Anyone can learn Hip Hop while working out with D. The only negative is that the audio is a little choppy.
