Excellent basic steps

Seven basic steps: the side to side; progressive forward and back basic, turning basic to left, turning basic to right, forward running promenade, promenade with underarm turn, and counter promenade are explained and demonstrated from different angles. The man and women's part are clearly shown with explanations of weight shifts and changes that make the dance flow. Teachers are ballroom dancers, but they relax to show this fun dance. Great for beginners.
