Portuguese Fish Stew
This wet, soupy rice overflowing with fish, shrimp, and chorizo sausage is my favorite Portuguese vacation food. If you make it ahead, the rice will absorb the stock, so keep some extra stock handy and add it before serving. Scatter the torn parsley over and serve in warm pasta bowls, with lemon wedges for squeezing.
