Last Horizon - The First Ascent of Sepu Kangri
Climbing Video: Last Horizon - The First Ascent of Sepu Kangri

DESCRIPTION
On October 2, 2002 Mark Newcomb and Carlos Buhler made the first ascent of the 22,821-foot Sepu Kangri, an enigmatic and notoriously difficult peak in the remote and once-forbidden Nyenchen Tanglha range of eastern Tibet.

Last Horizon documents an expedition on the raw edge of the world where the earth meets the jet stream. As the team emerges from thin air and storm, so does insight into the risks and rewards, the fear and motivation, and sacrifice and triumph of high altitude climbing. Project produced in association with Texture Media for Marmot Mountain Ltd.

Slow, dull, tedious, plotline. Some of the more banal climbers and ski mountaineers around the industry conspire to put you to sleep.
