Great video.....From what I have seen so far, narrator is describing, in layman and medical terms, the different muscles and bone connections while a male model is doing slow motions accentuating these. Also, after narrator describes, the model is shown from different angles doing the motions in even slower motion, with just music playing. Very well done! Interesting physiology facts that are helpful to the artist. RECOMMENDED FOR DIGITAL ANIMATION ARTISTS AS WELL.
